Santa Toolbox is made by Heintz Development. We built it so your holiday fun stays yours: the app doesn’t collect personal data, and we don’t run any servers that store what you do in it.

Photos

When you use Hat Studio, the photos you choose are processed entirely on your device, including finding faces and cutting out stickers. Photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Stickers you make are saved on your device so you can use them in Messages.

Secret Santa

Names, wish lists, budgets, and matches are stored on your device. If you’re signed in to iCloud, they also sync to your other devices through your own iCloud account, which is managed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We can’t see this data.

Nearby Draw connects phones directly over Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi. Each phone only receives its own match. Nothing passes through our servers.

Secret Santa links put one person’s match inside the link itself, after the “#”. Web browsers don’t send that part of a link to our website, so we never receive or store your matches. Anyone who has a link can see the match inside it, so share each link only with the person it’s for.

Naughty or Nice Quiz

Your answers and results stay on your device (or in your browser on the web). The name you type is only used to label your result.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We don’t receive your payment details.

Website

santatoolbox.app doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them regularly.

Children

Santa Toolbox is suitable for the whole family and doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
