Delete Your Data

Most of Santa Toolbox works entirely on your device. If you created a Santa Toolbox Account, you can delete it and everything stored in it at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your name, email address, profile photo, sign-in methods, Gift List, Secret Santa group, wish-list links, and the wishes people sent you from our servers. It can’t be undone.

In the Santa Toolbox app

  1. Open Santa Toolbox and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap your account at the top.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

On the web

  1. Sign in at my.santatoolbox.app.
  2. Open Account in the sidebar.
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also delete your data from Facebook, without opening Santa Toolbox:

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find Santa Toolbox and choose Remove.
  3. Facebook tells us, and we permanently delete the Santa Toolbox Account connected to your Facebook login. Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of your request.

If you signed in with Apple

Delete your account in the app or on the web as described above. You can also stop using Sign in with Apple for Santa Toolbox in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.

Data on your devices

Anything Santa Toolbox saved only on your device, like your countdown settings, stickers, and game scores, stays there until you delete the app.
